Call Logs
Call Logs is a stored log of your incoming calls. Your System Administrator can assign the Call Logs key to any key on the
top or bottom keys on the phone. Pressing the Call Logs key displays the most recent received, placed, and missed calls
that you can view and dial. You can also add a phone number to your speed dial list.
3. Press the Change key for the mode you selected in step 2. This displays the Call Forward State screen.
4. Press the Change key in the CFWD State screen. With the cursor in the State field, toggle the state ON and OFF by
pressing the Change key.
5. Use the 2 arrow key to scroll to the Number field. Enter a phone number to apply to the current state in focus. When
the phone is in the state you specified, and a call comes into the phone, it forwards the call to the number you specify.
Use the BACKSPACE key if required to delete characters.
6. Use the 2 arrow key to scroll to the No. Rings field. Press the Change key to select the number of rings to apply to
the phone for call forwarding incoming calls. Valid values are 1 to 20. Default is 3.
When the phone receives an incoming call, and call forward is configured on the phone, the phone rings the number
of times you specify in the No. Rings screen, and then forwards the call.
7. Press DONE in the CFWD State Screen to save all changes.
8. Press DONE in the CFWD Mode Screen to save all changes.
1. Press the Call Logs key.
2. Select Dialed, Received, or Missed.
3. Use the 2 and 5 keys to scroll through the line items in the Call Logs.
4. To view details such as the phone number and date/time, press Display. To dial an entry from the Call Logs, press
Dial. To save a line item to the next available empty speed dial code, press Add Speed.
5. To exit the Call Logs, press Back and Done.
