Softkeys and Programmable Keys
The 6735i and 6737i phones have six multi-functional top programmable keys and six multi-functional bottom softkeys:
• Six Top Keys: programmable keys for up to six programmable functions
• Six Bottom Keys: programmable state-based softkeys for up to 20 programmable functions
Your System Administrator can assign the following functions to the programmable keys and softkeys on the phone or
expansion module.

The 6735i and 6737i bottom softkeys can be configured to display specific state-based functions when a softkey is being
used.

Note:
Keys can also be set up to quickly to access features such as call return (*69) or voicemail. Quick access features like call
return and voicemail must first be configured on your PBX in order to work on your phone. See your System Adminis-
trator for more information.
